Add more greenery here.  More greenery here would help mediate storm drain run off, make the community more beautiful, and enable business owners to clean the sidewalk by directing the water to the greenery instead of the storm drain!

This suggestion pertains to the sectionon the south side of University from College to Bonillo.
This area has enormous potential as a mixed use residential-commerical development provided the hazmat issues from the current businesses can be mitigated. As it is now, it's a total eyesore.

Our neighborhood has submitted a request to City of SD Engineering to review our request for Slow Street on Kendall Street.  With the high speed of cars driving Crown Pt Dr to Kendall St and La Playa w/o traffic calming measures pedestrians, kids and elderly and cyclist are in dangers way daily
