Agreed. We have a model in the City of Nanaimo Downtown Urban Design Plan and Guidelines that I think would be ideal to utilize. In my view, this is the most meaningful and practical planning document we have. The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada honoured it with a National Urban Design Award...
